Submission abstract

First of all, go to "Submit" and please create an account.

Abstracts are due December 22, 2017.  

Authors should submit their abstracts in English or in French. First, you must   open an account in the section called “Déposer”. In the window called “Affiliation”, give your administrative attachment then in the second part of the questionnaire, information concerning your research laboratory. Once you have created your account, you can indicate your proposal.

Abstracts should not exceed 300 words and a maximum of four bibliographic references besides the 300 words.

During the symposium, the authors can make their oral presentation in English language sessions or in French language sessions. Please note that no translation services will be offered during the symposium.

Symposium Program Committee policy limits the number of papers an individual author can present: each participant can present one paper as the lead author. His or her name can appear on up to two additional papers as second or additional author, but not as the presenter.

Timeline

* Registration fees must be paid by April 31, 2018 at the latest to secure the publication of your name and abstract in the Book of Abstracts.
